Take your dog for some exercise!
Bogotá now has its first park exclusively for dogs. The park contains special facilities such as jump rings, arcs, and seesaws.
The Chicó Norte park is located on Diagonal 92 with Carrera 12 and was opened by the District Institute of Recreation and Sport (IDRD), with the aim of improving public spaces in terms of recreation and sporting activities.
IDRD are currently considering the possibility of replicating the project in other parts of the city, taking into account that this is a pilot project and its expansion will depend on the acceptance, ownership, and community participation of the park.
